  3. all countries who started caring early are rewarded by lower infection rates / lower CFR / higher recovery numbers. It is just a fact. In detail what needs to be done may be a bit different for others, but the point is: Be pro-active! Unfortunately the vast majority of current leaders are re-active. And that is certainly too late when it comes to a pandemic. You MUST do something before it arrives.
