  1. Spinning wheels tells you the truth. In order to use that torque you need proper wheels. In the end it is about frictional force between ground and wheel.

  2. So many holes means one thing: the car should not have car body; just a place to sit, wheels and wings. Imo, either you make it proper open wheeler, or a proper street car. Otherwise it leads to unpractical and possibly ridiculous design.
