  1. Juniors are not hired to solve let code problems. They are expected to grow up in the field and become seniors. Actual seniors will retire at some point.

  2. I tried ChatGPT for simple C++ programs. It does not separate the code well, you have to direct it how to do it. Like do not display the result, return the result and make another function for displaying.

  6. I just tried ChatGPT in programming. It communicates well. It can do what you ask. But it doesn't notice silly mistakes, like merging logic with view and you have to intervene and ask more specific tasks.
