Moldova is neither Russian or Ukrainian. It is Romanian. They speak Romanian and that Iulia Baltag is a Romanian name.

Try to control other countries and if it doesn't work like that go an make a war there. After 2014 pootin made and financed and armed separatists for a reason to intervene later.
