  1.  @apokalypthoapokalypsys9573  I did not know about prion disease. Fortunately I did not ate brain too often (like one time in a few years). It looks like that disease affects cows though not pork.

  9. Nice, nice. Walnuts, some bread, one banana, and milk and coffee here. Easy to eat and prepare in the morning.

  10. One carot, one leek, half cayenne, 100 gr lentils (soaked at least 3 hours), parsley, salt. Boil this 20 minutes, let it without fire another 20 minutes. At the end add olive oil two spoons. Eat it with some bread. It is not old recipe but it is what I eat from time to time. It is tasty, healthy and easy to make.
