@dawnarellano7903 you’re correct he does know right from wrong. However, his brain is not fully developed yet as we all know that doesn’t happen until you’re around 25 and we don’t know what his life was like a living with his mother, and when I saw him on the stand. All I could see was the terror in his eyes, maybe he’s not speaking of the abuse that he endured if he didn’t do what she said, so I’m not gonna pass judgment on him what he did was horrible and he’s taking accountability for it by pleading guilty but I don’t think he deserves to spend years and years and years in prison
