@@extrememinimalist5279just wondering how many cases / trials you personally have watched and or seen with DIRECT EVIDENCE? I highly doubt most or the majority of criminals / cases are convicted on direct evidence. It maybe circumstantial evidence but when it’s a voluminous amount than it’s more likely than not the person committed the crimes of which they were arrested and that’s just the truth. Not all cases but the majority of them.

@ThriveCollective1188 well if he’s innocent then his attorney’s will get the chance to cross all witnesses at trial. The burden is on the state to prove he’s guilty and that being said even if he had a preliminary hearing next month the state doesn’t have to put on their entire case and they only have to put on enough to show the magistrate there is enough evidence to have him bound over to district court.

Well the State has 60 days after Monday to announce their decision on whether they will seek the DP.

@WyattRyeSway the State has not came out and officially announced they would be seeking the death penalty.

@WyattRyeSway all of are betting on the state that they will seek the death penalty in this case because of the circumstances in the case.
