  2. No, he doesn’t have to cave and give into a plea deal. I don’t believe any defendant should take a plea deal. They should all take it to trial, and let a jury of their peers say whether they’re guilty or not guilty why give it to the state?

  3.  @jamesplymire5342  that is the furthest thing from the truth and the reason I say that they shouldn’t accept a plea deal is because too many defendants, accepts a plea deal when they have a constitutional right to have a trial with a jury of their peers

  4.  @jamesplymire5342  obviously, you don’t understand due process, because every defendant has the right to take their case through a trial too many times people are pressured into taking plea deals when they really truly shouldn’t have and by the way the prosecution in this case did not offer a plea deal
