The United State Supreme Court ruled back in 2012, that it is unconstitutional to sentence a juvenile to prison to life without the possibility of parole so the judge cannot sentence him to life without parole anyways whether the state likes it or not 🤷🏻‍♀️

@claudiamcdonald8553 you might want to go catch up on the laws because like I said the United States Supreme Court made that ruling and since then over 300 juveniles had to be re-sentenced

@edwardromo7914 just because he did the act of an adult doesn’t mean that he is mature in the sense of an adult. It is a scientific fact that children’s brains. Are not fully developed until 25.

@paulahilton1121 I don’t care if he’s charged with a capital crime or not I highly doubt this judge is going to sentence a 16-year-old who was 14 then to life in prison, without possibility of parole, because at the end of the day, even if he gives him a life sentence with a possibility of parole after 40 years, the parole board does not necessarily have to granted parole, so why are you guys are freaking out?
