@alexanderalexander6134 oh, there are plenty prosecuting attorneys that have brought charges without a body and got plenty of convictions. However, the comment up above was stating that experts claim they can’t get the death penalty because no body that’s not how it works.

@lena-mariaglouis-charles7036 I understand where you’re saying, and I can respect that however, some criminals deserve the ultimate punishment that we have in this country and at the end of the day it’s not like he’s going to be put to sleep all week after he gets put on death row he will sit there for 20 or 30 or even 40 years before he’s put to death

@lena-mariaglouis-charles7036 he shouldn’t get any special treatment. If he doesn’t get the DP he should be housed in general population and let prison justice happen
