@Cuttyunderleaf they’re only asking for her cell phone records like they do in a lot of cases

@bbginc694 I don’t see her taking a plea she doesn’t need to the jury will see that they have covered up this entire thing. From the very beginning the FBI doesn’t come into investigate for no reason.🤷🏻♀️

@bbginc694 No, we just goes to show you that they’re covering stuff up and there’s more to the story than they’re letting the public and courts know 🤷🏻♀️ they all are shady ASF

@Cuttyunderleaf I guess my point is when they are take your phone and run it through their software they are taking things off of it. They’re not taking your financial stuff they’re looking for emails text messages instant messages all that stuff. That’s why I said what I said because everybody was having a fit about privacy. The only way they get into your financials is with a subpoena at your financial institution.

@EC-dz3fb this is the first courtroom I’ve ever heard that be used and I’ve watched a lot of trials in 40 years

@EC-dz3fb I’ve never heard any attorneys ever say that to each other in a courtroom until this case.

@Cuttyunderleaf that’s not what the meaning of my comment was. My comment was stating that they use cell phone records as evidence in a lot of cases was my point🤷🏻♀️

Kevin Reddington who is Jennifer McCabe’s attorney I believe because he was out of the country but I want to know who it was. It said FU Beverly.

@EC-dz3fb where did I say that it wasn’t true? I just simply said in all my years of watching trials, I have never heard an attorney, referred to another attorney in open court as a brother stop being a dick.🤷🏻♀️

@mikejohnson9960 it has nothing to do with privacy, because there are tons of cell phone records that are retrieved and used as EVIDENCE in trials
