@tamarevans9025 again I cannot wrap my head around anybody, thinking that families of murdered victims, or any crime aren’t victims themselves because they are in a court of law. That’s why the prosecutor office have victim advocates you understand that right?

@tamarevans9025 in a murder trial and we’re going to use this case because that’s what we’re talking about the husband that his wife was murdered. He is considered a victim. I’m not referring to her as a victim in any way shape or form.

@melindapace3672 no I never said that I believe that the jury was correct in their findings. Another person in this thread said that the husband and extended family are not victims. Yes they are.

@tamarevans9025 and that’s fine I’m just stating that I believe she’s where she needs to be and whether or we like it or not her family is standing beside her but at the end of the day they consider the father and the family of the murder victim victims as well

@tamarevans9025 this originally started because somebody tried to say that the husband extended family are not considered victims. The only person that is considered a victim is the person that was murdered and or injured. That is not the case.

@tamarevans9025 look it doesn’t matter that you feel they come off as creepy or not 🤷🏻‍♀️ at the end of the day the court system and state look at them as victims and that’s just how it is.
