  5. @@nancyg8671 she would have to be able to prove that and from anything I’ve seen since this happened in 2014 there’s no proof that he emotionally or physically or financially abused her so that can’t be a defense and conspiracy to murder she could be charged with which is 30 years solicitation to commit murder is 30 years old right there is 60 years even if she’s not charged with first-degree murder

  9. Well, first of all, you’re not found innocent, you’re found not guilty, and once a jury finds you not guilty of the crime of murder, you cannot be retried again. She could go in the middle of Timesquare, and admit that she killed Danny and they couldn’t retry her that’s a hypothetical if Wendi was ever charged, and found not guilty .

  10. And just because you file an appeal doesn’t mean you’re going to get a new trial the majority of people that are convicted of murder plus many other crimes always file an appeal just to buy themselves sometime hoping for a new trial.

  12.  @michaelcalland801  you are correct however, I know I’ve seen trials where people are guilty as sin AND the evidence proved it and they still appealed just because that’s what’s always done 🤷🏻‍♀️
