  1. All the circumstantial evidence compiled together and stacking it on top of each other is going to seal this man’s fate. However, I know it’s hard to wrap your head around this, but DNA is still circumstantial evidence.

  6.  @moonie9000  oh, I get what you’re saying but from a legal standpoint DNA is still considered circumstantial evidence am I saying that he more likely than not is the guilty party? Absolutely not he is with was it State has it proves that he obviously was there and did what he did, but I’m just telling you legally DNA is still considered circumstantial evidence
