@mandie1111 right now the states case looks pretty strong and the evidence is stacking up by the minute everytime a witness answers questions. He attorney’s (Thomas) is getting desperate and you can hear it in his voice when he’s on cross.

@krazyk8592 in Idaho you can not be found not guilty by reason of insanity. Her defense team said they were not bringing her mental health (😂) into the trial as her defense

@krazyk8592 she could use mental illness in her defense she just couldn’t be found not guilty be reason of insanity. You said permit. Most people don’t know what the difference is. There are only four states in which the insanity defense isn’t allowed. Montana, utah, Idaho and Nevada

There is a difference using mental illness as a defense than not guilty but reason of insanity. I hope that clears up my comments.
