Because in the United States of America, even though he confessed to it, and admitted that he had been planning this, he is a defendant, and he is entitled to due process. I wish he would just plead guilty and spare the family and the mother and everybody else involved to not have to take this to trial.

Because all defendants are entitled to bond however, he was indicted by grand jury and was arraigned yesterday and his bond has been revoked. Just like I told everybody that it would be so now you can all calm down. There is no bond at all that $20 million bond he had is gone he cannot get out of jail. It’s been revoked.

Because legally, that’s what they have to say because he has not been convicted in a court of law

The only way he’s not gonna get the death penalty is if he pleads guilty to the charges and the state agrees to remove the death penalty
