I would never, and I mean NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE, and yes this could be judgmental / sexualization but again, I would NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE until I fucking die believe a 23 years old that hot (you can't see her face but you can clearly see great legs, hips and tits on a slim petite frame) would be 2.5 years celibate. There is no way. Girls that hot are either thots or ultra taken. If none of those apply, she's FOR SURE mentally ill. Let me explain further, because maybe if you read only the part above, you might be thinking that I think that "if girl super hot = must fuck a lot". No. My reasoning is as follows: Someone that attractive attracts a lot of attention (redundant I know). Wanted and unwanted. So there is no way that in 2.5 years you can be out and about in your life looking like a solid 9 all around and not attract at least ONE potential partner that you'd want to be with (either for one night stand or a commitment). It's just mathematically impossible. You have to be average and holed up in your house with a very low amount of social interaction for this to not happen.
