Serious question: Did Jesse Cruz screw you over with this or not? At some point in the video you said your employee was as shocked/surprised as you were, which made me get confused as to whether this was his doing or not. And this video was informative and unfortunate 100%. I also admire your composure towards the worker on the phone, recognizing he has nothing to do with it. I would never be able to have such patience and tolerance. I admire it.
