Question: I agree on the fact that calling someone a moron because they got screwed over by the shitty company, regardless of how much money they spent on the product or service but how can we convey also that they are responsible? Might not be at fault, but there is a reason why Nvidia keeps selling XX90 cards at 1500-2000 dollars, or every car nowadays electric or not has stupid software, or phones or [insert product here in today's world]. There is a reason why Apple can sell you a stupid laptop with 1 USB port and bad design that breaks after 6 months for 850 dollars. Yes, main culprit is Apple. Yes, they're shit. Yes they could provide better to their customers... but their customer base buy that crap at 850. WHY would they? We know who/what they are and their intentions. So at some point, some responsibility (not fault) lies on the consumer. How can we relay that without calling them anything or making them look below us?
