I can spot pretty easily or quickly when someone is saying a nothing burger or in bad faith are not answering your questions directly. However, I do have a hard time "trusting myself" with companies and other stuff that involves legality. Because legalese to me is already sounding like a bunch of bullshit, so when they say "machine learning" instead of "generative AI" I FEEL they might have a weasel card up their sleeve and if anyone takes them to court on this, they would have some type of bs statement like "machine learning is just 1 computer learning on a set data and offline" while "GenAI is generating new content from its training and also pulling from the internet". This is just an example, this happens to me plenty of times and makes me unsure.
