  1. Can confirm on "third-world attitude". No only we have a lacking system, the one we have is corrupt and people are uncultured and uncivilized (and no, I don't just mean "poor people with no education"). We also have a law (Not sure if it's country wide or just my province/city) where it's basically "vehicle of less bearing" which means "if some idiot with a stupid motorcycle that is 20 years old, unmantained, no breaks, no helmet, no lights and maybe possible one less plate (front or back) hits you and you are in your car, you will pay for damages". DashCams are not accepted as far as I know as legal proof. On paper, it sounds amazing. "If I go in a bike and a car goes fast and makes me fall, I am protected by the law!". But in reality it's a 180 on its usage much like everything else.
