As a Ref I had to learn this. I was arbitrating for little kids, which we had to do to learn and practice. I would run up the court every single time almost until the last quarter (that category has 6 quarters of 8 minutes) on which I thought "They're not really doing much I might as well run whenever I need to but I can walk later". Then in class, video popped up of me walking the court. I was noticeably upset, because I kept thinking man I ran all the time, I did everything I had to do and you're going to go and show the one thing I did wrong or didn't do? That's bs! My teacher, wonderful lady and incredible person said: Yes. I could see it in your face. But this is what you have to understand, people are going to make you the villain for that one mistake you had, not the other 99 things you got right. So if you are tagged as useless because you just happened to have a "tiny break" after so much work, either you have a problem with perception and how you portray yourself (this means they have never seen you work, which would also something to note) or you have the most incredible bad luck in existence. It's usually the first one.

While it's a good fair point on that side, I wouldn't say "sans the censorship" as he banned some journalist accounts amongst other things such as the algorithm still being as it was, kind of. You see someone's tweets more than others. It's not chronological or anything. You know, "for the people". And then you talk about what's the hardest part of these social platforms: He did a horrendous job at making people want to use Twitter. Even I quit after the last change of "limited viewing". And I made a threads because it's the new shit and to check it out, but they did a horrible job as well. They not only didn't make it chronological (obviously) they made it so it was literally a feed of a bunch of shit from random accounts all over the place. I used Twitter for my "news" on NBA and F1 and some other creators. I didn't really use it as a whole, not anymore. I will give Threads a month to fix itself otherwise I will not use it either.
