I like playing solo to avoid the interaction with majority of people and/or because I've already watched Pro-scene or tournaments and learnt strategy, and then I see my teammates being cavemen playing a game with a stick, so it's suddenly very boring for me. Mostly the first point, if it's an mmo, second point if it's a team based pvp game.
