  1. I already hate it knowing the letters are "PPA". Mozilla... I use Arch adjacent btw. I wouldn't expect nothing else from the "free open browser" that never made the engine open and also started shipping with Gulag as default search engine. If you can't explain why something is a good idea, then is not a good IDEA!!!!

  2.  @lte_2210  Ok, it was my understanding the the open source part is the browser itself or "client" and that is why we have forks of it, but not the engine. Correct me if I'm wrong (I probably am). Follow up question: Why did we not get new browsers (I don't mean forks of it) with its engine to rival Chromium if everyone thought it was such a threat? In the end is kind of irrelevant if they are getting 500M from Google and which is why it makes sense they ship with it as default search now.
