  2.  @JosephHarner  I mean, costs? It depends on how you view costs. People love HIMARS and talk about using them for small targets, and they're significantly more expensive than other options. How about a GPS guided M777 round? Hellfire ATGM? A large rock? It's a whole different value cost determination that people just don't get in regular use. I go to the range and think about how dropping 200 rounds of rifle ammo is stupidly expensive. But I'm a private individual, and all of that comes out of my own pocket. We're talking industrial numbers that most people don't even begin to wrap their mind around.
