  1. Most likely these are people that already booked and paid for this cruise, furthermore the cruising company are not offering refunds mind you these are pretty expensive trips so my guess is not everyone has the insurance to cover it and don't want to waste all that money.

  2. Am I the only one being a bit worried that everyone seems to completely trust the numbers coming out of China? Xi and the communist party have repeatedly stated it's about time to get back to work and in an effort to save the economy and then we miraculously see a very rapid declined in new cases. They have repeatedly denied foreign experts and scientists access to assist them. I mean I live and work in China usually and I can't wait for this thing to blow over and get back to work but to me it just sound too good to be true. And of course having lived in China and reading the Chinese news claiming HK protesters are CIA trained hooligans you do tend to take everything that comes out of China with a huge chunk of salt. I sincerely hope the numbers are correct but I highly doubt it and I would be very careful to make any scientific claim based on them there just isn't any transparency in China.
