  1. It's culture let's just say it how it is. When a minority group is represented with a crime rate much higher than their percentage of the total population then it's something wrong with the culture of said minority.

  2. If that was true then why are certain minority groups more represented in prisons then others? How can Asian Americans manage to be underrepresented in jails while other minorities are overrepresented. But perhaps you are right the problem could be culture, not race. It's quite possible if you put those Asian Americans to be raised in black households when they were kids we would see the same behaviour from them as well.
