Even the Russian special forces, Spetznatz use conscripts on 2 year contracts. The chances of running across a professional crew is pretty low I'd say.

@dimitrisgregan553 Where are all the videos of Russians taking out Ukrainian tanks? The east front looks not much different from what it did 1 month ago.

@kalsarikannit9587 The US has been training Ukrainian soldiers for a very long time, for example the green berets has been in Ukraine for sometime. The British have also been there training them, even my country (Sweden) has been training Ukrainian soldiers up until the Russian invasion last month. I am sure there are more nations involved in this.

@eleethtahgra7182 Just like they never bothered Ukraine, or Georgia or Chechnya? When the Russians are done in Ukraine they will take their war machine somewhere else. It makes sense to get allies before they decide to attack you next.

Well... usually A is the best grade right? Z is the last letter so that is probably the ranking given to the Russian military when assessed on their performance and proficiency in carrying out war. You getting a F on your exam was bad, the Russian military could not even reach F all they got was a Z.
