@steveb1325 I just could not help but to notice the dead Russian soldiers laying next to that blown up armoured vehicle if those were US soldiers I am pretty sure their comrades would be damn sure to recover the bodies before moving on. Also it looks like one of them is wearing white sneakers and not military boots. Like you said they are supposed to be elite regular units :/ it makes little sense and it seems like the Russian army has indeed been overestimated.

There are two wreckages being shown in the video. That is usually how this goes, even when Russia was advancing as soon as one vehicle was engaged upon and taken out they turned around and ran. After 40 days of this behaviour they finally decided to fall back. Maybe it looks meagre but attacks like this have eaten away their morale and a lot of tank crews simply just abandoned their vehicles for the Ukrainians and make the retreat on foot rather than in vehicles as they are afraid of ambushes like this.
