  1. It's a high risk dog and it should not be allowed to be taken outside without a muzzle and leash. I disagree that they are only dangerous grown up by an evil owner I think it's more of inexperience how to handle a dog bred to fight and kill rather than to be necessarily an owner with evil intentions. It's a dog bred to fight and kill it should not be allowed to go to anyone that's not an expert how to handle these types of dogs.

  2. It's a high risk dog that's for sure and it's a shame anyone can pick one up they are very dangerous when handled by inexperienced dog owners. I cannot imagine why anyone would pick a pittbull as a first time dog owner. That's just asking for trouble.
