@longcaihong2498 Protections don't matter much if you abandon them as soon as combat starts.

@stephen5963 Yep it's not fair to compare armies, US army soldiers are highly trained, better equipped and overall their morale and combat effectiveness is on another level.

You can twist and turn it around as much as you want, yeah they want to survive themselves and ran.. for civilians we call that logic for soldiers they are called cowards.

Well he clearly said they ignored the orders anyway so it mattered little. Soldiers not following orders are usually not very organized, more like a rabble.
