Who do you blame, the corrupt officials taking money under the table making deals and taking loans that are not beneficial to the nation and its people or the people that vote those corrupt leaders into power? In the end you get the leaders you deserve, there's a reason Pakistan is in economic hardship and not getting any better.

  8. No need to patronize the countries, they have major corruption issues. Plenty of government deals are made simply for the leaders to collect bribes and enrich themselves. At the same time the people keep voting in these kind of leaders so it's hard to feel much sympathy.
