  1.  @importantsomeone153  It has nothing to do with the Chinese government it's about people buying a membership for 5+ years. Much smarter to opt to pay on a monthly basis then owners cannot take cash and leave. Where does the Chinese government fit into this?

  2. It's China, Chinese pay millions and millions for apartments that ARE NOT EVEN BUILT YET. That's just what they do... yeah it's silly and opens up for scammers.
