It's just the same the other way around, the people chanting my body my choice in regards to abortion rights will be very quick condemning anyone not getting the vaccine or for not wearing a mask and will be heavily in favor for vaccination or mask mandates. Some people just have a thing about trying to impose their political viewpoints on other people while safeguarding their own rights. If I am going to be completely fair though liberals have a tendency to want national policies enforced on everyone while conservatives are usually content keeping the policies up to each state.
