Well you can add the fact that they believe that the more the animal suffer the more of its spirit will be gained by consuming them so they will skin the dogs alive or beat them to death with a stick. Also in a lot of cases the dogs being served will be somebody's pet that has been drugged and abducted to be sold to a restaurant, it's much cheaper this way. I used to have the same opinion then I saw how they killed the dogs and when they try to steal our neighbor's dog every single winter when he refused to sell it to the local butcher (it was an Alaskan Malamute so a lot of meat on that one). If you ever owned a pet of your own you wouldn't want anyone to steal it, and kill it in a horrible painful way to serve as food would you?

@pokerdealer2003 Yeah I totally agree I personally have nothing against people eating dogs just the practices surrounding it.
