LOL I like how you say getting judges that are "not influenced by the GOP" So it's okay to get judges that are influenced by the Democrat party? Always the same red vs blue, you complain about the red doing something and your answer is to put your own party in power to do the exact same to the other side.

No thanks. Democrats solve one problem and add 1000 new ones.

You can try if you still have a house and senate majority after the mid terms, if not then it's good night goodbye for you.

I don't see the problem personally, if you still want to mask up you can still do so. You can even pick airlines that still requires masking and let the people that don't care pick the airlines that leave it up to the passengers if they want to use a mask or not. From what I seen at the airport today the people using masks are in the minority so I am guessing the airlines enforcing masks will have a lot less customers but they are private companies and free to set their own rules.

You can make the suggestion once you get passed for the SCOTUS

@albertmooney2628 Well it sucks for California and New York as they don't get to dictate the terms for the rest of the country anymore I suppose.

@adama.7735 Yes and if they do become illegal it's because the people in said states are voting for representatives that have made it clear they intend to make it illegal and acting in the interest of the people electing them. So it would be what the people wants. If the people in Texas wants to make homosexual marriage illegal then they should be able to do so. There are plenty of other states in America and you are always free to move to a new state that better aligns with your values.

@linzierogers5024 Each state is allowed to live in "the modern era" should they wish. If you want somebody to complain to then you should try your state's representatives.
1
@connorbroderick7148 Then perhaps it's time to get politically active and vote for representatives that are against making gay marriage illegal?
1
Well better get started quick mid terms are coming and if you lose the house and senate majority you can forget about expansion.
1
They have always been biased, they are picked and confirmed by politicians of course the party in power will pick someone on their side.
1
Go ahead, you are free to do so not sure anyone will listen to you though.
1
@ms-corleone He left it up to each state to decide how to apply their principles so perhaps you should have a word with your state reps instead of whining over spilt milk. Get over yourself he did not do anything to you. Get politically active and vote for a state rep that will apply YOUR principles. Because the federal government will not apply YOUR principles on abortion anymore, it's a state issue. So get a hold of your state rep.

@adama.7735 Maybe, maybe not? If Hitler would have received a puppy for his 5th birthday would we have had WW2? Applying IF to history is kind of silly and doesn't lead anywhere it's just guesswork.

racist.

Will it be enough though? With inflation sky-high I doubt people will prioritize the Supreme court over something that affects them negatively each and every day.
1
@Herbert Derbin Is this the usual democrat viewpoint "if you don't vote for me you ain't black?". You guys are so racist you think every person of colour has to share a democrat viewpoint otherwise they are not truly black. It's like you think all black people think the same, that's racist man. If you don't like the guy that's fine but please abstain from using racism.
1
That's not how the SCOTUS works.
1
They didn't remove anything they just said it's up to each state.
1
THat's up to each state and that's just your opinion
