  1. Who would have thought being in the middle of the road in front of moving cars and trucks could result in injury or death? It's a big shame but at the same time it was going to happen sooner or later.

  2.  @lissalea8014  Not really the court's conclusion was that he had no intention to harm her she was in his blind spot, the guy got a $2000 fine that's it. Stop spreading rumours it's a shame someone died but the fault is unfortunately all hers there was no intent to do harm from the trucker.

  3.  @lissalea8014  Interesting, is that why the court gave him a small fine and let him go after they concluded it was an accident and she was in his blind spot? Right got it. Obviously the court realized she was to blame for the accident otherwise he would have gone straight to jail. It's a tragedy but it was avoidable if the woman had the common sense not to step in front of a moving truck.
