They were lucky he had a trespass active since 9 years ago so it did not matter in the end.
2
@earl3092 He has a gofundme page for his legal fees. Apparently he got arrested again because it turns out he had an active trespass 9 years ago. He was trespassing and he's going to court for it.

New Mexico is a safe haven for abortion, if she wanted an abortion she could have had one. You are pathetic trying to use this for your political agenda when abortions are legal in New Mexico. Think about that, you are using the murder of a new-born baby for your political agenda - that's really sick.
2
True but later he was arrested again because it turned out he had been trespassed 9 years ago and the trespass was indefinite so it turns out he still broke the law.
2
A business doesn't need any reason whatsoever to trespass you.
2
Low IQ runs in the family?
2
@mikestock969 The guy had an active trespass since 9 years back regardless. He got re-arrested later, he has a gofundme for his legal fees and recently lost in court.

Obviously her mom knew, did you see the pictures of her? Quite obvious.

Maybe they can see into the future when he gets his cheeks busted in jail.

Trying to cover it up? Did you see the pictures of her in the video? In no way shape of form could she live with her parents and they did not notice the size of her stomach. Can't believe they are going with "well I ate a lot of big macs so that's why I thought my stomach was big". Are we expected to believe her parents bought that?

I think he said Sandy hook was not real, it was a ploy to justify the government to restrict gun-ownership in the US. Basically the parents of the victims are taking offense because he said it's fake and didn't happen. Also they claim he has profited off pushing this theory on his pod-casts. Personally while I sympathize with them I don't really get why believing in a conspiracy theory is considered a crime. Plenty of people think 9/11 never happened - shall we put them in jail for that? I don't know it's very odd for me - perhaps I missed something.

It's really hard for you to admit that police can make good calls too, isn't it?
1
And you must be loving it because you are on the other side, right? As an independent it's pretty tiring seeing you guys trying to gotcha each other. What you don't realize is when you go after "the other side" sooner or later there will be a swing in power and the "other side" will go after your side. It's always fun to go after your enemies with the full power of the state until the shoe is on the other foot and republicans are doing it to your side. But yeah if you want to subscribe to the one of the two cults go ahead, I am proud to say I am not part of either the democrat or republican cult, I am on the outside looking at you guys fighting in the sandbox over the toy shovels. It makes for good entertainment.

Yeah if walking towards police with a weapon in your hand is your thing you should not go to America.
1
@taustin266 That was Florida though. Florida trespass can be indefinite if the company wants to do that.
1
@oluoch28304 Not in Florida they can be indefinite.
1
You show them, join the force!

I am a little bit confused about this video, the woman keeps referring to them and they for the shooter but it seems that there's only one? Is this some kind of pronoun thing or were there actually two of them? Honestly confused.
1
@justsomeguy9280 How do you know it was for just 1 year, Florida businesses can trespass you indefinitely.
1
And he got fired for it. Problem solved.
1
@davidshumway9639 Yes, HE says it expires after a year but Walmart and the police says it's indefinite which it can be according to Florida law. Also just because you manage to get into a business and make a transaction after you have had a trespass warning does not mean it is legally over. The business has to agree to continue to do business with you again. They don't check your ID when you enter Walmart, if what you said was true then anyone trespassed could just sneak in the very next day get a small item go to the cashier and pay for it and claim the trespass is over. That is not how it works. Just because the Walmart staff did not recognize you as someone they have previously trespassed does not mean the trespass is lifted. If the trespass order he got was indefinite then there's not much he can do about it. It doesn't matter that they mistook him for someone else. If you trespass you trespass it doesn't matter how they found out you were trespassing it is still a crime.

Not all cops have the same moral standards as you do

He was released when the police realized it was a case of mistaken identity. Later he was again arrested because he had a trespass from 9 years ago that was still active. He recently lost in court.
