  1. Yep, selfish, conniving, b****... she knew what she was going to do.. she even had him practice w her shooting the gun in preparation. Poor man didn't know his own wife was planning to kill him. This was premeditated, so i don't understand why its 2nd degree murder and not premeditated 1st degree.. the charges do not reflect her actions so why are they taking it lightly for her??
