The post above is factual, but I'd like to elaborate further. The Latin letter Z, though non-existent in the Russian alphabet, is the official sobriquet of this operation. Government institutions, officials, and private citizens post this letter of any size -- from small to huge -- anywhere it hits them to demonstrate support for this operation.
In the Russian alphabet, there is the letter "З" which sounds exactly like Z in English. So, people substitute the Cyrillic "З" with the Latin Z in case of approval or mocking of this operation. The latter is the case in this situation.
The meaning of the word "Zа....лась" can be interpreted as "I am fed up," "I am worn to a frazzle," "I am at the end of the rope," or "I have run out of patience."
