Four countries -involved it to varying degrees in both wars.- Four countries ARE involved in both wars to various degrees. Passive voice is mandatory. Varying has a different meaning than various. Google "varying vs various". 2. Then there is China. The closest thing Russia has to global superpower support since the invasion is China. It looks verbose. But brevity is the soul of wit. IMHO, it sounds better if worded the following: Then there is China -- the only global superpower implicitly having Russia's back from day one. Each news presentation must be impeccable. Good luck!

Government institutions, officials, and private citizens post this letter of any size -- from small to huge -- anywhere it hits them to demonstrate support for this operation. In the Russian alphabet, there is the letter "З" which sounds exactly like Z in English. So, people substitute the Cyrillic "З" with the Latin Z in case of approval or mocking of this operation. The latter is the case in this situation. The meaning of the word "Zа....лась" can be interpreted as "I am fed up," "I am worn to a frazzle," "I am at the end of the rope," or "I have run out of patience."

The error happened to be more significant. The word was used incorrectly. While foodstuff is sold in groceries, general food stores, or supermarkets, the inflation is never gaged by the price of foodstuffs alone. They may be a part of the food basket or may be not.
