  6. tetsuo strider yea depression is crippling. The only thing that helped with we my depression was diet, try eating yogurt, Raw milk or 3% cheese, cottage cheese , and beef for 2 weeks. My mood and energy levels changed right away. Steak and milk for breakfast Or a 2 litre of yogurt. I'm serious it changed my life. I was stuck in an uncontrollable (so I thought) negative thought process. This stopped my depression within a week. Food regulates serotonin and dopamine quite a bit!
