  1. tetsuo strider yea depression is crippling. The only thing that helped with we my depression was diet, try eating yogurt, Raw milk or 3% cheese, cottage cheese , and beef for 2 weeks. My mood and energy levels changed right away. Steak and milk for breakfast Or a 2 litre of yogurt. I'm serious it changed my life. I was stuck in an uncontrollable (so I thought) negative thought process. This stopped my depression within a week. Food regulates serotonin and dopamine quite a bit!   5. Huckleberry notice how selective they are with who they confiscate the guns from. I It was a 60 year old in hopes he would be compliant less aggressive and just hand over his gun. Trying to smooth it out like all people (over 60) hand over their guns. When really the police know they are going to have a much harder time going to a house with 4 brothers 25-30 yrs old and get them to hand over their guns. This is a joke. Selectively taking the weeks guns first in hopes the lemmings will follow

They know a lot of illegal guns are in use but they would rather go to a lawfully gun owners house at 5am and try and steal them to stop from defending himself. This is lunacy they are going for easy targets. They knew how old he was they didn't expect a 60 year old boomer to say fuck that I'm keeping my gun over my dead body. I think they expected a broken old man to comply.... Rather than going to a farm with 30 year olds armed to the teeth they go an try and take a way an only mans handgun.....
