  4. The "Classified Documents" case is also the "Subpoena Defiance" case. It doesn't matter if the documentss demanded by the subpoena were classified, declassified or just blank sheets of paper. When you receive a subpoena you must produce whatever it says or swear that it is not in your possession. Trump did not reply to informal requests and did not respond to the subpoena. In response the FBI were ordered to retrieve the material. The Trumps were given notice of the appointment, not "raid". Afterwards Trump swore he had no more material specified in the subpoena, but he lied and tooks steps to hide it. The "Classified" aspect is very serious and there may be some debate about that, but there is no debate that Trump broke the law by not responding to a subpoena, then swearing , through his lawyers, to falsehoods about the existence of more material. The "Subpoena" case is a "slam dunk" and did not occur while Trump was the President.
