  1. Will someone point out that "bring it back to the states" is NOT a good thing. That's the reason Roe was good. It stopped individual states from legislating on a human right. The Federal Civil Rights laws enacted under Johnson (which Project 2025 wants to repeal) took civil rights "away from the state". The state had laws on segregation and forbidding interracial marriages. "Back to the states" means segregated schools, restaurants, hotels and restrooms. "Away from the states" means guaranteed civil rights.
