  1. "His opulent Florida home" MAL is a commercial property. It's a recerational, restaurant and an event space. The Trump family lives in an apartment, not the entire mansion. The door to his "opulent?" apartment is next to the public restrooms for the main restaurant. Because of the commercial license Trump was prohibited by the Town from living on the premises. Only when he represented to the Town that he is a full-time employee of the Club business and needs to be on the premises as the "property manager" ("Super") was he permtted to live in the apartment.
