@rickyestes7477 I don't know about the curtains part but judgments are good for 20 years and can be renewed for 20 more years. If enforced by the judgment creditor they can be used to garnishee the income of the judgment detor. If the debtor has nothing obviously the judgement goes unsatisfied. Giuliani, like many judgment debtors will be broke ass poor and good for nothing on the debt. But he will be a penniless bum living off of others.
