Politics is about who gets the credit. You think Trump is worried about illegal immigrants? He uses them to run his Clubs so he can save money. It's all for show.

Who got $18Billion for the first Trump "Wall". All they did was repair existing fence and install 72 miles of new fence. Fence that has proved to be inadequate for keeping illegals out! Who got all that money. The contracts were awarded by Trump personallt. He insisted that the competitive bidding requirements be suspended. Stinks to high hell!!!

@JohnSmith-pn4it How could things be worse? The bill increases spending on the border patrol. You can just leave a fence at the border and not patrol it. I say it's a good bipartisan step. It's a good attempt to improve a situation that has been a problem for every past President.

It was just as bad under Trump who blew $18 Billion on 72 miles of new fence that is now falling down. But Trump didn't care if the fence stopped the immigrants. It weas just a way to dole out $18B in federal graft money. Ever wonder who got all that money? Trump exempted the contract awards process from federal anti-corruption laws. The was no competitive bidding. Trump had unilateral authority to award contracts. Where did all the money go? $18B for 72 miles of fence? I'd love to bid on that one!!

It's all for show. The immigrants simply pick another spot to cross. Trump's 72 miles of ineffective fencing was a joke that cost the taxpayers Billions. Who got all that money??
