So many think "gluten" is the equivalent of "carb" just because bread contains gluten. Gluten is protein. Cutting gluten from your diet will not cause you to lose weight. Extremely few people have celiac. The whole "gluten free" movement is just a money making fraud. If I could buy bread that was 100% gluten I would eat it all day. If you think you have a negative reaction to gluten eat some white bread. If in the next half hour you run to the bathroom or start vomitting you should avoid gluten. If not, eat all you want. It's protein.
