@stevewilde2898 He obviously was trying to do something that the Company wouldn't approve of, like an outside business. Sitting around at the airport was probably not what he was being paid to do.

It was intentional. The device is illegal to use. You can't buy it at Best Buy or amazon, you need to go to the Dark Web where all the illegal things are. He was breaking the law but thought he wouldn't get caught. He was obviously doing personl things or side jobs on company time with a company vehicle. He was cheating his employer and got caught. I have no sympathy for him. He did the crime so he paid the price.

@supraman2j83 Exactly. He bought an illegal device and he knew it. These are not sold at Best Buy, they are on the Dark Web. Regardless of the reason for illegality, he knew it and did it anyway. Do the crime, do the time.
