  2. This has nothing to do with "proven guilty". Trump is not on trial, he is applying to be on a ballot. He has to meet the qualifications. NOT engaging in insurrctionist conduct is one of the qulaifications. A criminal conviction is not required.

  4. So what if he wasn't born in the US. He wouldn't qualify. Is that "telling people they can't vote for someone"? That's the law and the law says if you engaged in insurrection (regardless of whether you were convicted) you are not qualified. Just like being underage or foreign born.

I don't think it was stupidity that he pushed quack remedies during the Covid Crisis. I think he did it because people he owed made money on them. But I already said corrupt. All of these traits were known to the general public as far back as the mid-1980's.

Violent, seeking to take control, organized (they ordered Insurrection Tee shirts weeks in advance and Ginnie Thomas and other were organizing it long before Jan 6). Thanks for clarifying. How do you feel about the ardent Trump supporter at the Insurrection who wore an Auschwitz Tee shirt, emblazoned with "6 Million Wasn't Enough" (initials only).
